Chain Wars Announcement
Dear MoonLifters,
The time has come for a much awaited announcement to be made about the recent developments that have been taking place on the gaming end of our activity.
As you may know, MoonLift has collected approximately $1,8 million from what was, originally, the sale of the two tokens that were going to feature on our multi-blockchain gaming experience: Nimble and Origon.
Today, we are glad to announce that this project will continue its course independently from its original MoonLift nucleus and will proceed henceforth under the name of “Chain Wars”, with a single native token present on different blockchains: Chain Wars Essence ($CWE). Nevertheless, this will benefit $MLTPx indirectly as the project will bring volume to MoonLift’s DEX.
Chain Wars is going to be a Play and Earn, multi-blockchain and community-driven gaming experience that will feature different player factions based on in-game lore differences: Nimble, a mechanic species, Origon, an alien species, and humans.
Players will represent their blockchain of origin (Ethereum, BSC) by means of different card decks available for the three different factions: Nimble is going to be the card deck for BSC players, Origon for Ethereum players and Humans will be available on every chain as a neutral faction.
What do we mean with Play and Earn? Essentially, this means there will be ways of earning valuable property which players can be the owners of, no intermediaries involved.
So far, big gaming corporates have created a craving to earn digital property with virtual value. Blockchain-fueled games make it possible to establish a safe and healthy economic environment to approach this differently, so that players truly own what they obtain through in-game efforts. In this sense, then, individuals can earn currencies and NFT’s by playing games.
To develop Chain Wars, we are collaborating with game- and blockchain- developers to make products that contain both NFT- and currency-earning opportunities: by owning sufficient funds ($CWE) to participate, individuals can play with the potential of earning more or valuable NFTs. All while enjoying a great gaming experience and battling your way to the top of the leaderboards!
Chain Wars Essence ($CWE) will also function as a governance token, by means of which a bridge will be created between the community and the game. As such, it allows players to co-direct the flow of the game; at the same time, it’s a requirement for playing the game and to purchase NFT loot-boxes and access other utilities.
By developing numerous use-cases for the governance token, we seek to circumvent some of the most common problems associated with similar play and earn projects. For this reason, Chain Wars makes governance a high priority because we aspire to create a user driven universe with a unique ecosystem that is powered by the players.
Finally, in addition to the aforementioned governance-based participation, although the initial card deck is created by our own designers and made compatible by our developers, in the near future we want to collaborate with community artists for the creation of new cards. Not only will this ensure a constantly updating game that will dynamically balance itself out, but it will also grant our community’s artists to earn by providing their artwork for the game.
